What we collect

Your name and mobile number, and your email if you give it. For each booking we keep the court, the hours and the price. If you tap I’ve paid, we keep the payment reference number you enter.

What we use it for

To hold your court, check your payment and reach you about your booking.

Where it’s kept

Bookings are stored in Toleds, the booking system we use. Toleds keeps the data on Nhost servers.

Who sees it

Our staff at the yard, and Toleds when they help us with a booking.

On your phone

This site saves your bookings in your browser so My bookings can list them. Each one is cleared a week after it ends, and you can remove any of them yourself.

Services this site uses

• Cloudflare hosts this site.
• Nhost stores bookings for Toleds.
• PayMongo handles the payment when you pay online.
• Facebook and Instagram open when you tap those links.

Removing your details

Message us or email myhomecourtyard@gmail.com and ask us to remove them.
